Continuous Enrollment:
MCS utilizes Continuous Enrollment to help streamline the annual online enrollment process. Your child will be considered enrolled at MCS from the time of admission through their high school graduation unless MCS is otherwise notified by the parent or guardian.
Listed below are important dates and reminders about the Continuous Enrollment process.
March 2022 $225 Continuous Enrollment Fee posted to FACTS accounts. April 15, 2022 Continuous Enrollment Fee is due. April 15, 2022 Deadline for tuition assistance application. May 2022 Student fees ($475 for grades K-12) posted to FACTS accounts. June 2022 First tuition payment due for 2022-2023 school year.
No refunds of the Continuous Enrollment Fee will be given after April 15.
If your child is not returning for the 2022-2023 school year, the Notification to Decline Enrollment form must be submitted prior to April 1. These forms are available from the main office.
New Sibling Enrollment
New siblings will be processed through online application and online enrollment. All new students will pay the $150 application fee as well as other applicable fees. If you plan to enroll a new sibling, please contact Kathy Down at 681-3205, extension 222, for further instructions on how to proceed.
Tuition Payments
Existing FACTS payment plans will be renewed for the 2022-2023 school year unless the Business Office is notified in writing.
Tuition Assistance
Families with students in kindergarten and up are eligible to apply for tuition assistance through FACTS Financial Aid. The deadline to submit an online application is April 15, 2022. The charge for the application is $35.00, and a credit card is required for payment at the end of the session. After completing the online application, you will be required to submit your 2021 federal tax return with all schedules and W-2's to FACTS. In order to be considered for financial aid, online enrollment must be completed, and the Continuous Enrollment Fee paid.
