Congratulations! You made it through the first month of school. Things are going extremely well on campus. As we head into a long weekend, here are a few things you need to know.
1- Labor Day: Please remember that school is closed on Monday, September 5th.
2- Picture Day (Fall Portraits): Individual student pictures will be taken on Wednesday, September 7.
3- $300,000 Matching Campaign for STEM: It's not often that you can have your donation to MCS automatically doubled. We have been blessed to have a donor offer a $300,000 matching donation. If we raise $300,000, the donor will give an additional $300,000. This means that every dollar you give is automatically doubled. Through the generosity of other MCS stakeholders, we have already raised a little over $100,000.
We have three mini-campaigns to help us meet this goal by the end of November, a STEM Naming Campaign, a General Sponsorship Campaign, and a Brick Paver Campaign. Click HERE to learn more or to give.
4- Student/Parent Handbook: If you have not digitally signed the Student/Parent Handbook acknowledgment. Please do so HERE.
5- Coupon Books Sales: Our Coupon Book Fundraiser is off to a great start! Don't forget, our next major turn-in day for Coupon Book money is this coming Tuesday. If you need more books or have questions, please contact Mrs. Gribble in the main office.
