Congratulations! You made it through the first week of school. It has been a great week on campus with our students settling in to their new routines. As we head into the second week of school, here are a few things you need to know.
1- Email: Be sure to check your email as this is our primary method of communication.
2- New Families Activity: If you have not already sent in your RSVP for our "New"-B-Que on August 18th, please do so by this coming Wednesday. Contact Kathy Down at Kathy.Down@mcstn.org with questions.
3- Fundraising for Security Upgrades: We are working to improve our campus security, but we need your help due to the high cost of equipment. Listed below is what we are including in the first phase of security upgrades:
- Additional Security Cameras: $12,250
- Main Entrance Monitoring System: $5,000
- Visitor Check-in System: $2,500
- Additional SRO Services: $32,000
- New golf cart for mobility: $5,000
TOTAL COST $56,750
If you are interested in giving to this effort, you have two ways to give. First, you can mail your check to the business office. Please write 'security' in the memo line. Second, you can give using our new online giving platform HERE.
