
Dr. Wallace joined MCS in early 2020 as our Head of School. He has leadership experience working on a college campus and has also led multiple faith-based nonprofit organizations. Dr. Wallace has a Bachelor of Science in Religion with minors in Business and Psychology, a Master of Christian Education, and a Doctorate in Leadership. Jeremy and his wife, Dana, are originally from East Tennessee and have two sons, Nathan and Jonathan.

Kevin joined MCS in 2020 and is entering his twenty-first year in Christian education. Over that time, he has served as a classroom instructor, department head, basketball coach and athletic director. Originally from Murfreesboro, TN, Kevin earned his undergraduate degree from Tennessee Temple University with a major in History: Political Science. He is currently working on his masters degree in educational leadership from Liberty University. Kevin is married to his wife Alexandra, and together they have three children; Evey, John and Jaxs. Kevin's life verse is Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him and he shall direct thy paths."

Dana joined MCS in early 2020 as our Academic Coordinator. In July 2020 she added the roles of Elementary Principal and Preschool Director. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Music, a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Educational Leadership, and a master’s level certification for middle grades. Dana has taught in the classroom, has been an elementary principal, and has been part of the accreditation renewal process. She is also pursuing an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Curriculum and Instruction at Liberty University.

Sharon Floyd is the Business Manager and this is her sixth year at MCS. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bob Jones University. Sharon and her husband, Greg, have three boys who are all students at MCS; Andrew, Tyler, and Parker. Mrs. Floyd's favorite thing about MCS is the people, and her favorite verse comes from Psalm 139:29-24, "Search me, O God, and know my heart! Try me and know my thoughts! And see if there be any grievous way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting."

John Evans has been the Facilities Supervisor for MCS since 2012. John and his wife, Paula, have actively supported and been involved with MCS since its beginning in 1994. John’s favorite thing about MCS is the students. He loves to see them grow and learn new things. Through coaching and his summer work program, he has had an impact on the lives of many students. His favorite Scripture is Matthew 6:19-20, “Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal, but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal.”

Brian joined MCS originally in 2017 as a basketball coach for middle school. He became the High School Men's Basketball Coach in 2019, and in 2020 became the Athletic Director at MCS. He graduated from the University of Tennessee Knoxville in the spring of 2019 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education with a concentration in Recreation and Sports Management. He was recently married to Makayla in June 2020.
