Dr. Wallace joined MCS in early 2020 as our Head of School. He has leadership experience working on the college campus as a Director of Admissions and Alumni, and he has served as a Senior Pastor, leading churches of various sizes with multiple staff. He has also served on the Board of Directors for several ministry-focused nonprofit organizations. Dr. Wallace has a Bachelor of Science in Bible with minors in Business and Psychology, a Master of Christian Education, a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Administration. Jeremy and his wife, Dana, are originally from East Tennessee and have two sons, Nathan and Jonathan.
Kevin is originally from Murfreesboro, TN and has over 20 years of classroom teaching experience. He has been an Athletic Director, a basketball coach, and has served as an Assistant HS Principal in Christian schools with a focus on discipleship and
discipline. Kevin is currently working on his Master’s in Education at Liberty University.
Dana joined MCS in March of 2020 as our Academic and Accreditation Coordinator. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Music, a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Educational Leadership, and a master’s level certification for middle grades. Dana has taught in the classroom, has been an elementary principal, has been part of the accreditation renewal process, and is currently serving on an ACSI accreditation renewal team. She is also pursuing an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Curriculum and Instruction at Liberty University. Dana is focusing on ensuring that MCS is prepared for its ACSI accreditation renewal visit in 2021.
Sharon Floyd is the Business Manager and this is her third year at MCS. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bob Jones University. Sharon and her husband, Greg, have three boys who are all students at MCS; Andrew, Tyler, and Parker. Mrs. Floyd's favorite thing about MCS is the people, and her favorite verse comes from Psalm 139:29-24, "Search me, O God, and know my heart! Try me and know my thoughts! And see if there be any grievous way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting."
