MCS Soccer

MCS is looking for 8th -12th grade boys intersted in high school soccer for the upcoming spring season.

Basic requirements are listed below. Please contact the Athletic Department if you are interested.

Requirements: All students must have a Sports Preparticipation Physical and a Consent Form on file before they will be allowed to participate in any sport. A $75 Athletic Fee is due before the first game of the season. Home school students who are under the MCS umbrella may participate in the event there are not enough players to field a team. The Home school participation fee is $250.  All participants must have primary insurance coverage and complete an Athletic Department Participation Packet.

If a practice or game must be cancelled due to weather, a decision will be made prior to   1:30 pm.  Parents will be notified by email and an announcement will be posted on the Athletic News page of the website.  Soccer will generally practice inside if possible in the case that weather is an issue.

Middle School Soccer includes 5th - 7th grades and is a co-ed team which participates in the Knoxville Independent School League.

Middle School Soccer Practices - Held each Monday, Tuesday, & Thursdays 3:30-5:00 and Fridays 3:30-4:30 beginning in February.

High School Boys Soccer includes 8th - 12th grade boys with a conditioning season in the fall and a full season in the spring.  High School Girls Soccer includes 7th - 12th grades - fall season.

High School Soccer Practices - Held each Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday evenings 3:30-5:00 beginning in February.
